How can I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, please follow the following steps:
- Begin at our homepage and select the dates and times you wish to reserve our rental service for in the boxes at the top of the page.
- Select your desired pick-up and drop-off locations from the available options.
- Enter the number of hours you wish to have the vehicle rented and how many passengers will be present.
- Browse our available vehicles, seeing the details of each one, and select the one best suited to what you are looking for.
- Enter your contact information.
- Submit your information and await a call from one of our agents to provide you with a quote. They will assist you with finalizing your reservation.
- Finally, enjoy TourVanGo’s luxury vehicle during your rental period!
How can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation by going to your reservation details on your account and selecting the “Cancel My Reservation” option. You can also speak with one of our agents over the phone when you call (818) 566-0005 and request a cancellation.
If I cancel my reservation, will I get my money back?
You will be subject to a refund as long as you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before the scheduled pick-up date. If you cancel less than 7 days before the pick-up date, you will not be liable for a refund.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, for reservations booked 7 or more days before the requested pick-up date, an authorization for $99 is held on your account. 7 days before the pick-up date, your account is charged for the $99 and the deposit becomes nonrefundable.
Can I schedule a one way rental?
Yes, we do allow one way rental services. Please be advised that for a one way rental, the price will be 1.5x the original price.
Are pets allowed in the vehicle?
Yes, pets are allowed in the vehicle. Please be advised that if there is an excess amount of pet fur in the vehicle, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
What amenities are available in each vehicle?
The amenities vary from vehicle to vehicle. All of our vehicles have at least one television, LED interior lighting, comfortable seating, charging adaptability, air conditioning, Bluetooth connection, and storage space that holds up to 10 large suitcases. Our higher level vehicles include more amenities such as a refrigerator, bar, PlayStation 5, and more!
Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?
Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles under any circumstances.
Can I get additional insurance coverage for my rental?
We are already fully insured, so we do not offer additional insurance options.
What pick-up options are available?
We can pick-up our passengers from any location within the United States.
Can I schedule my pick-up to be done at the airport?
Yes, you can. If you wish to be picked up from the airport in one of our shuttle vans, your driver will park in the designated parking structure and track your flight details. Once you have deboarded the plane, you will need to contact the driver to let them know which terminal you will be exiting from and then wait for them at the marked pillar. Your driver will then make their way to you and take you on your journey!
Does my drop-off location have to be the same as my pick-up location?
No, your drop-off location does not have to be the same as your pick-up location.
What is the minimum rental length?
Our minimum rental length is 2 hours.
What is the maximum rental length?
There is no maximum rental length. However, please note we follow the federal code 395.5. This means that:

No motor carrier of passengers shall permit or require any passenger-carrying CMV driver to drive:
- More than 10 hours following 8 consecutive hours off duty, or
- For any period after having been on duty 15 hours following 8 consecutive hours off duty.

No motor carrier of passengers shall permit or require any passenger-carrying CMV driver to drive, regardless of number of motor carriers using the driver’s services, for any period after the driver has been on duty:
- 60 hours in any 7 consecutive days if the carrier does not operate CMVs every day of the week; or
- 70 hours in any 8 consecutive days if the carrier operates CMVs every day of the week.
- This means that if a client were to schedule a Van-on-Demand service for longer than the length allotted per 395.5, the driver will be legally required to not operate for 2 days of the week.
How many stops are allowed per day/per trip?
There is no limit to the number of stops you have while renting with us. However, for any stop that goes above a quick stop for something such as a bathroom break, there is an additional fee of $50 per stop. This $50 includes up to a 15 minute waiting period. If the stop is longer than 15 minutes, an hourly waiting rate will be charged of $85 an hour.
Am I able to request a certain driver for my reservation?
Yes, you can request a certain driver for your reservation and if they are available, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
